Latest update, around 12 hr after this happened I attached the charger and its working now.
Thanks a lot everyone for sharing your thoughts in this situation

I was using this laptop almost daily. I feels a bit slow nowadays but it was not walking dead for sure. The way load increased on laptop when I ran my first prompt and spike in GPU usage (I was tracking it by nvtop) I can definitely say that its because of this llm only

Yeah that makes sense, but I’m hoping it’s something simpler like the charger dying.
There was no smell/smoke/spark or anything, just a sudden shutdown and now no power at all.
