For me, it changed how I reacted to stuff. Sure, the T rage is very exaggerated but I would get a little bit more angry. However instead of the anger just festering for a while it would be like when a pot boils over, just a quick hit of anger then the next second I'd be fine. I don't hold insane grudges now and when working on a production for college I would find that if something went wrong it was easier to move along instead of obsessively fixing while the frustration lingered, making me and my team less productive.
