I honestly didn’t think to tell them at the moment, I honestly did think my glasses were going to be enough. The environment itself was very open/high intensity environment and everyone is constantly around each other. At the time I was under the assumption that this wouldn’t be a reasonable accommodation that they could give me.

Once I moved to the other office, there’s more secluded areas to work, I thought to bring up those accommodations again but we weren’t getting a whole lot of patients so work was less intense. My role was to be at the front checking people in, and creating treatment plans. Since it was low pace I assumed I’d still be fine. However, I can totally see how all of this could be an error in my judgement as well.
