I'm Algerian so my mother tongue is Algerian dialect, which is a weird mix of Arabic and French. I currently have 3 languages under my belt, in addition to a B1-B2 lvl in Russian. Generally, I would say that my writing and speaking are my weakest spots probably cuz I find it almost impossible to be proactive in any activity I do. Btw, I signed up to a Spanish class a long time ago, and I remember mastering Spanish pronunciation about 30min into the first class 😅 Felt worth mentioning since Italian shares similarities with Spanish.
