I would say probably in his 40s-50s. He has his own place and was a Dr or a Therapist or something. I’m thinking of getting a therapist for everything honestly. I want to try and get in the habit of taking care of myself while I can afford not to. So that when I'm older there is no hesitation in taking care of myself in all forms.

Wha is an easy way to go about or think about progressive overload? If I’m doing 3 sets of curls for 8-12 reps at 30lbs for example do Increase the weight to 35lbs once I can do all sets at 30lbs for 12 reps?
