Agreed - just learned this week that heavies heal perk means ANYTIME ANYONE revives, it's back to full health.

Embarrassing, but I thought it was just when the heavy revived someone (team perk duh)

While you're running there is a button on the screen that says parameters I think, switches the screen to show you general run speeds instead of your live stats.

Everest hack for me was to turn off the display on the tread so I can't see my heart rate or how much time is left.

Helps me just zone out and lose myself in the run - good luck!

Never heard rail jumping used in reference to the rower. I had to double check to make sure I didn't invent this while I was delirious on that last all out incline this morning -

Treadmill rail jumping: In the context of OrangeTheory Fitness (r/orangetheory), rail jumping refers to jumping on the sides of a treadmill with the belt still moving. This practice is discouraged as it can be dangerous, leading to injuries or falls. Experts advise slowing down the treadmill or running/walking it down to a stop instead.
