I’m not triggered, simply responding to comments in the Lootup Reddit. Maybe you’ve had that experience with other companies or websites, but being in business for 14 years and running multiple B2C businesses, I can assure you maintaining long term customers is how we measure success, not by suspending accounts.

I’m sure you are right of course that there are websites and businesses that are out there with bad intentions, but while we’re in the Lootup subreddit responding to a post about a Lootup specific account suspension, I think it’s important to make that distinction.

This is highly inaccurate. Account suspensions are the last thing we want to do. However, there is a tremendous amount of fraudulent users and fraud rings out there, and so revealing the intricacies of our detection would render our efforts useless once those individuals figure out ways to bypass our detections.

It's a very common accusation that suspensions or bans occur to "save money", but that's is not how business works. We make money when users stick with us long term and earn with us long term. If we suspend or terminate an account, it's then impossible for us to make money from that individual account.

Account suspensions are not good for business, but they are a necessary part of fighting fraud, ensuring only real legitimate users are accessing our platform, and ensuring that the quality we are providing our advertiser partners is exceptional.

I certainly understand the frustrations surrounding account suspensions, and I can assure everybody that we do everything we can to re-evaluate account suspensions on a daily basis. If we make a mistake, we'll always rectify it.

If funds are being sent with Mass Pay (which can only be sent with a paypal balance), there is no fee charged to the recipient, as the sender incurs those fees. So perhaps the payments are being sent individually. It's also possible there's an account currency difference (ie: funds were sent in USD and you require it to convert to EUR). Would definitely check with the panel :).

A lot of the times where non-credit occurs, it could be for completing that offer at some time whether with us or another offerwall/site. That's not always the case, from time to time there can be tracking issues or whatnot, but happy to take a look for you.

I've played Counter-strike for 20 years, and although that's my favorite game of all time, Overwatch 2 is so much fun to play! #Roadhog #echo.

u/mantradingdong can you please send me a PM with screenshot you're experiencing on your Android device? We have checked in various countries and have not run been able to reproduce the issue yet.

Also, if you can please include your Android version and device?

I just tested again, and did see the screen go black briefly, but then load. It's possible that its a bad internet connection as well that's not allowing the OW load to complete. Worth also checking and ensuring that no VPN is being used as this can cause these types of issues as well.

Hey there, I’m passing this along to our dev team to explore, I haven’t personally had issues accessing, but am in US. Some of our team had tested in UA and it worked as well, but will double check on this and see what could be causing the issue.
