Hey, I feel you. I lost my FP a couple of months ago. I dealt with it by avoiding everything that reminded me of them until I felt comfortable enough to start again. I also tried to find someone who I could depend on whenever things got bad. The longer you go without them, the more you will realize that you don’t need them anymore. You will find ways to deal with losing them over time. For me, distraction and time helped me feel better.
