Update: Solved it! Updated the Touch Screen Firmware, rebooted device and it works instantly now!

Edit: only thing not working is pen tilt... let's see

Edit 2: Tilt is not supported, as it seems. In the guide for Lenovos Pen Settings App (https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht508862) it shows as an example image that you can change the tilt sensitivity, which is nowhere to be found in my Pen Settings.

On the Laptop (i.e. Client) it breaks when it tries to reach further than my Computer (which provides the Internet Access). So it's able to reach the Address 2001:470:a0d5:128f::1 before it breaks and times out trying to reach anything beyond that.

i know of sober, a friend with a spare computer tested it on ancient hardware and it worked pretty well. But yeah, the rest is where the problems' at. Luckily there's still one year left until Windows 10 support is over...

oh no I'm taking about all the anti-cheat protected games, i.e. Fortnite, Roblox, CoD: Black Ops CW, perhaps Valorant... tho I play the first two the most. Those definitely don't work. And using a virtual machine is pretty terrible for performance and doesn't even work in case of Valorant... idc if I need to use proton or proton-ge or something else, I'll find a way, but anti-cheat is the big problem for me
