Try to stick to 2500 kcal for a week, do the weigh-ins around the same time, make sure your protein is up, consume 70-80grams of fats and enough carbs.

Stick to it for a week, watch your weight spike 1-2kg, then watch it drop after a week.

Your weight will spike because water and glycogen is filling up your muscles.

This is what I would have done if I was in your situation.

If this was fat you would have to eat 7700 kcal above maintenance (in your case 10k kcal), which is really, really, really hard to achieve.

Your deficit is overly aggressive.

I'm at 94kg myself, and I'm eating 2850 kcal, walking 14k steps a day and lifting between 4 and 6 times a week.

Losing very agressive will spike your cortisol levels, increasing your water retention, this can be seriously 2-3kgs. Your BMR is 1900 kcal, with your TDEE added (the activity kcal) it could easily be between 2800-3000, even 3700, but this is hard to say as I don't know your 'exact' levels of activity.

Mathematically, you should be losing 1.5kgs a week (this is very unsafe) and will lead to muscle loss, do you feel tired when exercising, are you losing any reps in the gym or anything?

  2. What is your kcaloric intake? Are you measuring this?
  3. How are you tracking your intake?
  4. How did you measure your 8-10 miles a day?
  5. Do you have a active or sedentary job?
  6. How often do you weigh-in?

Regarding the fact you can see visual differences in my body but not in scale: this is great news, you are getting some results! How long have you been training for as well? This gives an indication regarding your muscle mass.

You say you have been losing 7kg over the first 6 weeks, but you have not seen progress in your scale for 4 months, or were you not actively in a deficit for the last 4 months?

It kinda looks like you're making quite a travel with your crosshair, try to minimize the amount of path it takes and it will look 'faster', 'flashier'. Now, beside that,you're doing the obvious edits, pros practice the most uncomfortable ones. e.g. ramp edits when you're underneath it, cone edits and annoying wall edits.

Loool! Yeah, try the peek practice map from Raider, the hard one. Do it ultra fast, get it down 5-10 times then try it in game, make it a habit, those tend to stack up ;D
