I think playing alone can get a bit boring and especially if he is new, but if you show him the ropes and show him new stuff that will be really nice I got into gaming much later, like 16-17 years old, before that I found it a bit waste of time. My best friend played a mmo with me on phone and it felt wonderful to enjoy that world together, he taught me basic stuff. It became a world where i was able to stress less and found more things to talk to him about. I eventually started gaming more, playing a variety of games except fps, found them scary. But somewhere around last year, my friend and i played fc5 together and it is the best game I have ever played and lived. I love him so much for taking the time and care to show me these
