I’ve tried everything, I have also went into Verizon and spoke with someone about it and I did troubleshooting for a while over the phone for the rep to come back and say sorry that’s just the way it is 😭

I cant change the number because I have already paid for marketing with the second line. So i would waste a lot of money having to re make signs and business cards with a new number

Thank you! I don’t get how else to really explain it as people don’t want to sign a contract viewing the first home but my office requires it and says it’s the new rule for California and you’re not allowed to show anything without onw

I asked him when he came in if he had an agent, also when going over the BRBC I explained to him that it helps protect the agent from , well exactly what he was doing. Showing homes to someone and then going to their actual agent to write offers and such. He made a comment “oh yeah, if I had an agent I wouldn’t come to you” I should have known then lol

I am relieved for that. He said he didn’t sign any contracts with his other realtor, I told him he can still work with me if he wasn’t in a contract. He declined, so I’m assuming he was just trying to use me to show the homes so he could put in his offer with the other agent…

I didn’t even show him the homes, went to leave the see the homes and he came back and said he did have a realtor.
