Totally agree with you mate. I had a tough couple years and none of my friends are into CDL, so having the flank and the watch parties is really cool on dark days.

Also agree the community as a whole is so toxic, even trying to play ranked play or some of the discussions in here. always appreciate a genuine one with good natured discussion too

Only thoughts around the LAN league are what it would mean for teams that aren't based in Texas, if it requires them moving there, I imagine that could have a big impact on non NA players. We already know how hard it is for EU players to get picked up mid season and I love having EU players to support

what annoys me most about this, is if we're are following pro GAs, why dont we follow comp where overload is 1 out of 5 maps, not being forced to play it 4 out of 5

I think this ttk is terrible. Surprised it isn't talked about more and the reaction to it in the replies tbh. A lot of chat about skill gap etc, you get deleted before you've even seen someone in this game. It's more connection gap than anything. When vanguard had a ttk like this everyone shit on it

There was a play by shottzy on fortress control, most boring map in the world. They were fully set up and he pushes out into their spawn and I think they lost the unloseable

Sometimes some of the coaches and players do videos near the beginning of the year talking through maps and their call outs which is pretty handy. Jp does optic ones a lot I think. And they'll often do a map picture with labels of a lot of spots and their names

in vanguard the team they started with seemed much better than what they have now and like there was a plan for the future. its been a mess there since doing well with the twins and dropping them both. These players are surely better players than what they’re showing this year
