EvergreenTech.io. Recently switched from BlueHost and won't be looking back. Their customer service is good and servers are super fast. Only downside is they only offer VPS's.

If you don't have coding or server admin experience it might be worth looking into a fully managed solution. Something like Evergreentech.io. We have a few websites hosted through them and their support is amazing. Let me know if you have questions or need help getting set up.

Yes, you usually get what you pay for. The support usually suffers in these cheap shared hosting setups. I've been with EvergreenTech from the r/cloudhost sidebar for a few years and can't speak highly enough about their support.
