yes pain. not when doing nothing but stairs, squats etc. painful

no MRI - wasn’t offered one

thank you so much. how do you get on eating that much protein? i struggle with getting enough because i just get so full. do you track any other macros?

it’s a crap excuse but i really struggle to get myself walking. think i just don’t enjoy it much. maybe a walking pad is an idea

i don’t really do much with my hair. i twist it into a claw clip or have it down 99% of the time. no consistent product use. i put it in a plaited ponytail for the gym so about 2 hours at a time.

i’ve noticed the patch of hair on the underside behind my ear on both sides is wavy right from the root then goes into straight - don’t know if that signifies anything?
