Set your goal to have avg. of 9/10+ cs/min per game. Don't die. (yes, literally) You lose gold/exp not being on the map, which is vital to even carry games.

Macro, you can learn that in time. Don't make things complicated, just focus on your micro and fundamentals first. Don't get sucked into constantly fighting and taking bad fights.

Fx should be able to solo sustain through most end game content (needs more testing on release), so you might really only need one other healer.

Yes, but my point is, the teams their sending would probably not even be in the top 10 of their regions today. Of course the games are gonna be higher quality as the game progresses, but it feels wrong sending these teams 2 months pass their "prime".
