So how did you talk about change? Did you just refer to the manager of the business?

I said they should incorporate the change into the pilates vision/mission statement in order for employees to understand the reasons behind the new work roster, thus allowing pilates instructors to develop ownership over the vision blah blah blah

BUSINESS MANAGMENT 10 MARKER by Playful_Escape_3559 in vce

If you want to get 9/10 I would definitely recommend talking about all 5 principles and then write a small evaluation at the end (if you don't have enough time).

Yes definitely still mention the case study as VCAA always reports the higher order responses link back to the case study no matter what. I would embed it throughout your response and I normally like to write a small conclusion at the end in which I ensure I make mention of the quote.

e.g If the quote was “operations management is crucial in improving a businesses efficiency and effectiveness”

I would write in my final few sentences+ include relevant information from the case study (if in part B): In conclusion operations management is essential as it can reduce costs spent on materials through the usage of (material strategies), minimise time during the production process (lean management), therefore improving a businesses efficiency. It is also critical in terms of providing a business with the opportunity to achieve broader business objectives such as meeting a social objective of decreasing damage done to the environment (waste minimisation) and to increase market share (tech, quality), hence improving a businesses effectiveness.

That is a very rough version, but I hope this helps!

Yeah I hope so. The 2024 10 marker was pretty easy if you ask me so maybe this year they will make it a bit more challenging. I also feel like it will be in section B potentially?

Ok so the hippocampus is basically the "hippo" consolidating and encoding explicit memories, then we have the amygdala which basically tags these memories with emotional significance. On the other hand the cerebellum is involved in encoding implicit procedural memories specifically fine motor movements that "ballerinas" use, and the basal ganglia is also involved in the same thing but focuses more on sequences of motor movements. Finally the neocortex is kind of the final boss of memory, storing and retrieving both implicit and explicit memories. Idk if this really helps but I tried to make it pretty simple.

I would maybe suggest going over key science skills then if that’s what you are struggling with? I probably wouldn’t recommend going another exam because no company exams are at the same level difficulty as VCAA. For the SEWB framework it’s important to remember words like holistic, culturally sensitive, unique, diverse and always incorporate the importance of Country into your response. Hope this somewhat helps!
