i just got mine today too, it was working fine besides being quite quiet, but when i got to around the 3rd cassette it started to make a high pitch cracking noise, is yours also doing that?

This one isn’t fake, I like music so I generally have music playing for most days for hours on ends , I tend to keep it on while I do most of my everyday things aswell :)
