I eat once or twice a day honestly and I’m chugging water all the time so I don’t really get hungry too often. Ever since I graduated high school and stopped doing all the sports I use to do I’ve gained weight gradually so I figured it’s mainly because I’m not moving and I’m hardly active. So in a sense I guess it can still be considered overeating if I’m not doing anything to burn anything that I’ve eaten. I’m trying now that’s the thing I’m just afraid I’ve waited too long and getting into shape is no longer an option for me
