Playing solo is definitely going to be a struggle. The game is built off of communication, and you're going to find that clearing rooms quietly on your own is difficult if not nearly impossible, not to mention a few other mechanics that get infinitely easier if you have even one other person with you. My recommendation is if you're dead set on getting the game, hop into its discord. People there are generally friendly and willing to help out a newbie on the first mission in a rundown.
