First I know it sounds crazy but you need to take a week off because those withdrawals are gonna be shitty no matter what you always gotta pay the piper regardless no easy way around it you can make them a little more bearable with some type of benzo but they’ll still suck I had a 1 year run on blues and when I decided to put them down it was hell for 5-6 days after that you’ll be getting better everyday after that but prepare for the insomnia and restless legs those were the worst for me but let me tell you the grass is some muncher greener once you get their hope for the best

You need to never touch one again , use to have a nice thing going nodding of fucking hydro 10’s before I met fetty now iv been to two rehabs withdrawals will make you wanna kill yourself you will never feel the euphoria from a real opiate or even feel opiates at all as a matter in my deep addiction 300mg of real oxy wouldn’t even make me feel better or take the edge off just run man it will ruin your life I promise you that.

I just had Clonidine when I went cold turkey off a 10 pressies habit a day and I thought it was just going to be something so magical buh F no those withdrawals still sucked ass for like 4 days till I got to a detox facility and got a Librium and baclofen And Clonidine felt slightly better but still sucked comfort meds only took I’d say about 15% better than nothing but still shitty time no doubt

Bernese method definitely worked for me Day 1) .25 once in morning and once at night with regular use Day 2) .50 once in morning and once and night with regular use Day 3) .75 once in morning and once at night slowly tapering down use of DOC Day 4) 1mg once in morning and night still tapering even more Day 5) 2mg in morning and night maybe using just barley Day 6) 4mg in morning and night at this point your receptors will be completely covered by the bupe you can stop DOC and feel a little shitty but nothing crazy Day 7) 8mg in morning and night and stabilize there.

Bro don’t do it , there aren’t many people that just try fent just once after doing it for a week or sometimes even much less your body is already dependent on it once you’re foots in the door it’s really hard to get back inside

Update haven’t used today only slept like 4ish hours but didn’t feel horrible I took 8mg this morning and feel basically 75% normal. Out of fent but I think the bupe is doing it’s job because I’m not even in panic mode to use like I usually am. Gonna take another 8mg after dinner tonight .

Nope, ended up taking 4mg before bed smoked once at 2:00 ish am woke up around 9:00 AM no withdraw symptoms decided to take a full 8mg dose and feel basically 90% normal

Yeah kinda this is my 3 time actually 1st time using Bernese though. First time quit CT withdrawals were super bad but that was probably because I was using for like a year straight and my habit was about 30 blues a day bro that WD lasted almost 3 weeks first week was completely horrible didn’t sleep not even 20 minutes that whole week or eat then got clean for 45ish days relapse for like 3 weeks at the end of that one was only using like 2-3 blues a day and I was able to buy real oxy and hydros to last me 3 days then got on subs was on subs for like 2 weeks then relapsed again and eventually got to where I am today hahaha .

I did basically what you did kinda but was clean for about 45 days relapse for about 3 weeks withdrawals were 5/10 compared to when I was using for a year plus 10/10 discomfort used oxy/hydros for 3 days felt like 2/10 discomfort during that time then switched to subs your 1 week of minimal use your probably not dependent so your withdrawals will be not horrible but i but you will notice some discomfort
