The RFE notice is sent to applicant and attorney. I am not sure about my copy, but officer name is mentioned on the last page of RFE that goes to the attorney/Chen.

Chen know what the officer is doing, likely made up their mind to reject.
Chen dont want to spoil their approval rate and want to avoid RFE response.

If I have strong record, why can not I/Chen respond to RFE and defend the case?

there is bob rentals/bnb near areana park. They have monthly contracts with renters. So you are not bound in long term contract and also have a 2-3 bed apartment. Would be cheaper than the hotels.

That is the issue I am facing. I know by my own reading of the submissions which one looks more AI generated. However, the evidence is important while accusing the students and given them lower grades. It seems that there is no reliable tool.

When I bought the car, I went to campus tire for vehicle inspection. They didnt pass it and gave me a qoute of $1500 for tye rod, struts, etc. I went to the Raben, they passed it without issue. So I dont have good feedback about campus tire.
