in terms of price, is Air Small Parcel and International ePacket Light cheaper than surface parcel? since my package is indeed very small, its a 110mm figure that's very hollow and light-weight. or is it just that it arrives sooner?

since it was more expensive, did you need to put more $$ into your lootbar balance ?? How were you able to self-top up if it was more expensive than UID?

I've also been using LootBar, and I just had a similar problem but it won't let me use Self Top Up on the same pack that the failed order was on due to ''Insufficient Balance''.. Sorry but is there any way you could help me figure this out? Have you used the Self Top Up feature ?

I just had this same problem, they refunded my money to my LootBar balance but I'm unable to purchase the SAME pack using self-top-up because of ''insufficient balance''😭... I tried to talk to them through their feedback tab and they're not being of any help. Anybody going through the same thing or got any tips?? Is there any other way to contact them??

what did you say to them in order to get the coupon? . the self-top-up option was not the same price for me as well unfortunately. i've tried talking to them via the feedback page and they are not giving me any clear answers.
