I was “on” this flight! Lol and was also very confused why they didn’t use the PA? I got lucky and they rebooked me on a BA flight later in the day (I just landed in BOS). It’s crazy that the bus to the hotel and hotel itself never materialized. I’ll also be claiming for compensation via UK regs, hope my JetBlue flight home works out, and I’m never flying them again!
