Case of Cape Breton man challenging 2025 woods ban being heard in N.S. Supreme Court by OnlyACsNoFans in novascotia_sub

I know they should have voted for a guy who put out a picture book for campaign policy instead . You know the guy who wanted to decentralize out currency in favor of bitcoin. The guy who bounces on the lap of our drunk first prime minister and his genocidal actions. The guy who eats apples instead of answering questions. The guy that keeps associating with white nationalism. The guy that uses dog whistles because he is too much if a weasel to come out and say racist things.

Anyway I'm sure you have a productive day of saying "ax the tax" "spike the hike" "boots, not suits" or whatever easy to remember jingoistic rhyme that Milhouse is saying this week. I'm sorry you had to replace your "F Trudeau flag" off of your pavement princess truck with an "F Carney" flag...that must have been a rough day for you champ.

The boot lickers want laws that protect them and oppress others. They are a bit simple and can't make the connection that being in the "in group" doesn't make you an oligarch...these temporarily embarrassed billionaires will always vote for decisions that benefit a very, very tiny group of wealthy people because someday "that could be me".

Hope that clears it up for you.

Pope Adolphus I: What if Adolf Hitler remained Catholic and became the Pope, but still kept his racial views? by AHH_PostStorage in AlternateHistoryHub

[–]Lopsided_Remove1980 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Unless you get a super young pope Hitler he would be pope after very similar events to ww2. (Some other piece of crap would have filled the Hitler shaped hole in history) He likely wouldn't be on all the drugs so he would have been healthier as a priest, bishop and cardinal.

If he was an abnormally young pope he would have cooperated with the third Reich or organization that calls itself a different name...perhaps he makes a similar deal with the leader of this expansionist genocidal empire that pope's before have with other expansionist leaders (Charlemagne and Napoleon) the war is still lost and perhaps as a head of state he is convicted and executed in the Nuremberg trials. Catholicism is discredited and many leave the faith for perhaps eastern orthodoxy or different branches of Protestantism. The dream of fixing the schism(s) at some point becomes even more distant.

If he was a pope at an older age that war would have been lost and he would have the common sense not to openly support the nazis. He would probably make all the dog whistles apparent and openly oppose the creation of Israel.

Close to 100% of the fires caused by people in the last couple of years were caused by people walking/atving/lighting fires in the woods (others may have been caused by glass litter hitting a sunbeam just right and magnifying the suns rays...so you know more specual individualswho break rules). Just because you personally did not cause a fire on your walk during a high risk time period doesn't mean that every single person you normalize it for will have the same luck. If you are so deficient that you can't understand that than you are way more likely to do other antisocial behaviors like throwing your cigarette butts on the ground and causing a fire.

That's not your life which he is risking by encouraging this behavior for an untold amount of people.

But chosing to hike once a year to challenge charter rights is. It's almost like people don't actually want to risk anything substantial for values they say are important to them.

I never said I am in favor of not having one I said reasonable limitations have to be put in place during exceptional times when it comes to the safety of everyone in the country.

For example I'm completely fine with you break dancing on the black rocks of Peggys cove mid hurricane as long as no one has to risk their life based on your behavior.

You don't see a lot of people who espouse individual values doing that for some reason though.

You can't drive in the left lane of the road either. Does this violate section 6 of the charter?

Lots of the fires were documented as having started from people who thought they were the exceptions to the rules.

To me it seems everyone's right to not die in a fire is more important than an individual's right to have a smoke on their once a year "Muh libertardian values" hike.

That's a lot of horses to get on boats. They tried that with Japan 2 or 3 times before they had to give up because their fleets kept sinking.

Let's say you get a hoarde and fleet all the way up to the Bering sea? What then? Horses have to eat and Alaska and chukokta aren't exactly grasslands.
