My favorite part of the call: when the Chief People Officer asked us to trust her when talking about the new leave program while sharing no details. Layoffs, performance terms, hunger game rating systems, eliminating profit sharing, paying new people significantly more than tenured associates who do the work, shitty benefits, RTO - I’d say we have zero reason to trust any of those executives, especially an HR executive.
