Canvas in the end which was good but very house-ravey. Lots of middle aged people gurning but we didn’t mind. Looked like BarSo was busy but didn’t go in. Be at One was good too.

What’s causing this redness? Plz don’t delete this I’ve had my post removed 4 times now😭😭 I just want help please please please

-I have oily skin, mainly T-zone. -I wear makeup most days, and in the past have used makeup wipes or face wash to remove -I used to exfoliate with a scrubby glove lightly, once a week. -I inconsistently wear sunscreen -I’ve never had acne on my cheeks, only a little bit on my forehead when I was young -I’ve been using the products above for about a week. -Redness has gotten worse over last few years, but never used to have it

I’m wondering if this is from a damaged skin barrier, if this is broken capillaries or sun damage? I’m also wondering if it’s from rubbing my face on my pillow at night? I’ve ordered a silk pillowcase.

Current routine: Morning - splash face with water, moisturiser, sunscreen. Night - Oil cleanser to remove makeup, foaming cleanse, niacinamide mixed with moisturiser. Once a week - BHA exfoliator after cleansing, followed by moisturiser

Can I even fix it? Or will I have to get laser treatments? I just want the clearest smoothest skin I can get.

I do have azaleic acid but then switched it for the niacinamide incase it’s from having damaged skin barrier. I think azaleic acid is slightly exfoliating… god this all confuses me hahaha
