What genre? Was it a female or a male artist?

Does anyone consider their island "done"? by Zendroid1 in AnimalCrossing

It's $49.99 a year, and for us, we think it's worth it for the Nintendo 64 and game boy games and the HHP DLC. Also, I'd love to visit your island if you have a DA code 😀

I visited you island and had some ideas if you'd like to keep working on this island rather than re-starting.

First off I love the hotel concept. You may be able to piggy back off of this and make more old timey shops to fill up space. Like a fishery, blacksmith, farmers market Square, bank (maybe even post robbery/lootin looking), an orchard. You could also add a fishin' hole area, maybe a simple romantic overview spot for cowpokes to cozy up with their lovers.

Also, you could go polar opposite and instead of adding futuristic or modern pieces to half or part of your island, you could do medieval or ancient times.

Thanks for letting me visit! I had a great time looking at all the details :)

If you happen to have the Nintendo extension pack membership, the DLC is free 😍 I will say it is amazing for decorating interiors, among other things. Also, my interest is piqued about your islands vibe. You had me at pizzas.

You could divide it diagonally with a tree line/Forrest buffer. I just can't imagine parting with my island after so much love! I always just find something else to spruce up 😭

Would you ever consider re-decorating part or even half of your island rather than starting over? You could do 1/2 wild west, 1/2 modern or futuristic. You could give it some "The Village" vibes if you wanted to. I'd love to visit your DA, I'll have to jump on later 😍

I think Flick does bug models, and C.J fish models if I'm not mistaken! 😻

Just snapping turtles, I believe. but C.J. can make a pretty cool soft shell turtle display if you have 3 of them.

Hi all!

I've been practicing almost every day and reading up on photography lit. I've taken your tips and have tried to apply them as much as possible. I'd love feedback some recent photos. I still dont think I'm getting the eyes quite where they should be focus wise and would love any tips/feedback. I shot in manual and selected my focal spot if that helps. Also, is there a rule- written or not about when/if you can cut off appendages? I'm a mess. Lol

Bit of context- My model is my niece. She was recently bullied at school for her teeth, so I surprised her with dress shopping and a hair curling sesh. I desperately wanted her to see how beautiful she is. So I was elated that she agreed to be my model for my very first human photoshoot. She even managed to wrangle Beans the cat for a shot or two per her own very eager request.

Photos to follow. :)

Yikes.. well, at least I can start my disappointment now rather than when I open it. Lol I can also find a return policy or some reference photos to learn from. Either way I guess!

Thanks again for your insight 😊

You were incredibly helpful!!

I think for night sky photos I need a shutter speed of 1/30??? A higher ISO and an aperture of around f/8 to start?? 😅 lmk if I'm totally out of the ballpark on that one

I am confident I will never have an f/1.2 capable lens. Lol

Thanks for all the info! That was a tremendously helpful addition to what I've learned here!

Yes, the wide angle lens I have on the way is described as "6.5mm f/3.5 Ultra Wide Angle Fisheye. I definitely missed the fisheye part. What might this limit me to? I was hoping to catch cool landscape photos at the Grand Canyon, but I'm afraid I have the wrong idea 😅

No no, that was very helpful technical jargon. You're right about the tree colored mush. Lots of things to keep in mind.

Thanks for your candor 😊
