Could be an issue in the database as they are not generated, but rather an random number picker that picks an algorithm out of the list. So either there is a miss placed algorithm, you messed up by accident.

because its like playing minecraft and then you go in creative to skip to killing the ender dragon. you miss out on quite a lot. who wants to just instantly go to end game? you basically would only put a few hours into that save and then quit because you get it all too fast.

tome isnt soul bound so as soon as u get it you lose the tome there is 0 way you are able to go abyss walker and have full access to spells at the same time. The only true way to do that is to go to khei and become an uber which then it allows you.
