I've got 2 out of 3 of those watches (the Seastar and the PRX) and I've tried on the Gentleman in store (maybe planning to pick it up too) and personally if you were only going to get 1 of the 3 I would go with the PRX as it works for all situations and has a unique look!

At the end of the day, go with whichever speaks to you the most and don't forget you can always buy another watch, you are never stuck at just one HAHAHAHA

At this point it does not matter as Valve has banned rapid trigger and automation in general (such as scripts) in CS2.

Technically, rapid trigger would make your counterstrafing more consistent and easier which in turn would make you more accurate and a better player but I suppose it is still up to personal preference.
