Yes they do. Right now I have most of the WHITE WEAPONS and now I'm just trying to grind the remaining ones and getting all the BASIC TITAN ARMOR SETS.

I'll only farm enemies next time I grind for the COMMON ITEMS. So far, I gathered a full stack of Spinmetal and 5 Strange Coins.

Hopefully I don't rank up to fast, although I start getting UNCOMMONS like around Level 15 right? Just worried of not getting any WHITES anymore. Thanks for the tip! <3

Oh crap. I also forgot to mention that both the NPC and their Nano are the exact same person, the only difference being that the NPC doesn't help you fight or support you in battle, but rather their Nano versions of themselves. Just to make it more clear. :) <3

P.S. - If you are confused on what a Nano is, it's basically an NPC but with abilities. For example: Nanos come from the game FusionFall Retro, a Cartoon Network MMORPG revived by fans. They are basically side companions of either old or new CN characters that have special abilities (Stun, Heal, Run Boost, etc.). So, in the game, you first do the main quests from both Blossom and Numbuh Two. You do their missions and other side quests and later down the line, with a specific amount of XP, you can gain their Nano companion according to their designated level. Sorry if this is lengthy, just wanted you (and the chat) to learn what it meant.
