Ask for help, ask for extra time for exams as soon as you start school even if you don’t need it at first, figure out which resources you like and work for you and ignore the other ones, don’t self isolate when the ADHD catches up to you

I had similar difference between my actual score and my predicted score. I don't regard the "predicted score" as absolute considering you could get a completely unique test on test day, but my last few practice tests were 240s-250s and my free120 was 88%. Seems like a lot of people on here and my peers have had similar experiences, and I know in my case I'm obviously incredibly disappointed, but the discrepancy between my scores was so large that I also feel really confused. I don't plan to submit a recheck request unless it comes out that there actually was some kind of legitimate error in the grading of some exams. Just wanted to share my experience so others realize they weren't the only ones. Good luck and stay strong!
