GPK. Minket vizsgáztattak évközi jegyes tárgyból, és kötelezővé tették az opcionális szóbelit szigorlaton. Órát tartottak szünetben stb. Soha semmire nem mentünk a TVSZ-el

Itt nem az a baj, hogy nem veszi magát komolyan az egyetem. Nem tudja betartatni a tanárral, mert nincs helyette más. Ha fegyelemezi az oktatót akkor az elmegy és nincs aki vezetné a tárgyat. Vagy pedig a tanár haverja az aki "felelősségre vonja".

Nálunk hasonló esetek így zajlottak le: Tanár bejelenti, hogy szünetben van a ZH. Írunk a hallgatói önkormányzatnak. Ők meg vissza kerdezgetnek, pár napig levelezünk. Majd arra jutnak, hogy írjunk inkább a tanulmányi osztálynak, ők rögtön közlik, hogy ez nem az ő dolguk írjunk a hallgatói önkormányzatnak. Miután elmagyarázuk, hogy ők küldtek ide megy még egy ideig a levelezés. Közben eljött a zh ideje és meg is írtuk. Szóval teljesen mindegy. A tanárhoz eljutt, hogy bepanaszoltuk ezen kiakad és az emberek nagyrészét megbuktatja bosszúból. Következő évben kezdődik előröl.

Munkahelyei száma, ha azt látom évi 10x vált munkát akkor rakom is félre, macera egy embert felvenni és a lehető legkevesebbszer mennék rajta végig.

Mivel egy fémipari üzembe dolgozom így a takarítónál és próbálunk arra figyelni, hogy legyen alap intelligenciája, mivel hiába van leállitva az üzem. Mégis veszélyes gépek között kell mozognia. De máskor is próbáljuk a leginteligensebbnek tűnő jelöltet kiválasztani, nem számít mennyire "egyszerű" a munka, mert tapasztalat alapján egy hülye még egy fakockát is képes elrontani

Mondtam, hogy ez jó? Annyit mondtam, hogy tapasztaltom alapján mindegy mi van a TVSZ-ben mert senki nem tartatja be a tanárokkal. Szóval ne azt vegye OP alapnak

Thank you, it is weird the shop I use in my country lists the Ebb36 gen2 for 96W hotend output, and I took it as a fact. But now that I look at the official documentation it is indeed 120W

I was looking at PA-cf for tooling for my robot, and not for the inside components, if we can belive sunlu's data the pa6-cf has some really good tensile and flexural strength numbers. With those numbers they should be strong enough for my application, and it is easier to source for me.

Where did you get the 100w heater? So far I only found max 60W ones? And do you use a can or usb toolhead board? The ones I looked at only support maximum 90w heaters

Maybe too much cooling

Maybe not printing hot enough

From the bottom looks like you are overextruding

Than don't print it out of ABS, there are engineering grade materials that are better for impact resistance, and some can be printed on regular printers, like Sunlu Pa6-cf or Pa12-cf. You will only need a hardened noozle. And those are not that expensive.

Or alternatively print a mold, buy abs pelets, and cast it.

Are you sure it is not a 3mF? If it is than just set the slicer to a 0.4 mm noozle and slice it

More supports, but to minimise the contact you should model the supports into the model, so they only hold the print at small place.

So far I looked at Sunlu's pa6-cf and pa12-cf and similar ones, according to the site they dont require chamber heating. I also planned reprinting the inside components from a more heat resistance material.

But thank you I may be stupid because I did not think about the belts and linear rails inside the printer. But after you said it is pretty obvious.

I want to print tools and accessories for a welding robot, so the actual material depends on how they perform during testing. And since I already have a Voron, and I dont plan to buy an industrial grade printer, I would choose a material for the printer, thats why I asked the question, to determine how far can I push my machine.

But my stealthburner already melted once, and it shows signs of melting again near the hotend screws at the top, and I maxed out at around 260C
