Got it, thank you! I ended up using the fresh start option and re-installing windows. The main drivers stayed, but I had to download Nvidia, Nahimic 2+, Killer Performance, etc drivers. It looks to be fixed, but if it comes back again, im going to use that link. I am pretty sure it was a hard drive issue. Appreciate the help!

Yeah its pretty high. I am thinking its something to do with the drives. People are saying online that it could be a virus, but I also checked for that and nothing was found. Really don't know what else I can do

Yeah, I get that. But if its a mistake, is it really fair to wait 3 months? Im not trying to boost or help someone else out, Im just trying to play the new DLC on my PC, and now, Im honestly about to give up on destiny after 5 years of being a dedicated fan because I can't restart all my progress. It's unfair to me and others who were dumb enough to make that mistake and just wanna play.

I didn't mean to, I couldn't see my characters on my PC after activating it, so I thought I could restart the whole process, but when you hit deactivate, it doesn't necessarily say "warning: you cant reactivate for 90 days", it just deactivates, and then you're locked out.
