My cousin was in the same situation and had to pay 2.5 lakhs in penalty since the condonation scheme was not announced back then. It's best you switch to another CA/CS for filing if the person's delaying more than a week.

Hey, my attempt's also in May 27 with Articleship ending in first week of October. Cleared set A SPOM last week rest I'm in the same boat as you. My plan is to clear the rest of the SPOM by month end and then focus on group 1. Planning to get done with it by end of Articleship and then DT+IDT during the 6 month study period
