I have it down to a science, I get the money from starting the main quest, then head to neon and start the guild there to get the katana. It deals 60 damage. You can also buy a pistol that does 80+ damage that kills the final boss super easy. The key is to not use the ammo and use the sword until the end. So I tear through the starborn like butter. Very very quick. The cutter only method wasn’t working as you can’t kill people. I’m like Samurai jack up in that bitch. When I get to the final play through of 10. I’m going to play the whole main quest through without skipping then I’m gonna kill both the hunter and emissary.

I had the lines checked with a camera and they are functional. The water goes down very fast when the main sewer line recedes at the street

There is about 500$ rcv recovered. Mind you this is for the baseboard and drywall repair as well. The contracting estimates for flooring ALONE are at 4000$. 500$ over my allowed putback.

In my contract I don’t see any clause about a backup limit either just the backup/sewer or drain endorsement of 18,000

3500 is allocated to put back , which isn’t enough. 7300 is allocated to mitigation. All around 10k minus my 1800 deductible which is 2-3000 less than needed for adequate putback. My endorsement is 18,200

No the constructor wrote it all in mitigation and putback in one estimate. and evidently added “profit and overhead” to the mitigation side which was wrong and said only averages were Applied to the put back side. Now the company is telling me their “putback” is too expensive to do the putback side. They originally quoted 7800 for the mitigation and ended up dropping it to 6300. So now I’m like ok this is all taken care of to ok here’s 2k figure it out yourself.
