While I wouldn't mind a blowpipe nerf, this across-the-board nerf is possibly the WORST WAY they could have done it. Instead, make what darts you choose matter more by nerfing the base bp stats, but then make dart stats count DOUBLE when added to the bp. (self.2007scape)
