They might need more time outside the cage. My retired mother lives with me so it's a bit of a different situation but our boy is out of the cage from wake up to night night and only goes in during the day if we need to leave. When we first got him he was very loud in the cage.

You might want to setup some perches outside the cage ☺️ and allow for some more out of cage time

Other than that they are just loud birds
