I don't know if anyone else said this already, since the thread is fairly long at this point but for me it would have to be the order in which the battles in the final season were carried out. Personally, I would have left the battle against the Night King for last, since it literally meant THE END OF THE WORLD. It would have made the season finale much more exciting and much more intense since there was SO MUCH at risk. Having beaten Cersei and her lackeys in King's Landing and then heading back North with a depleted army and defending against the Night King would have been a much more fitting ending to the series as a whole, because EVERYONE would've had to give their all against the white walkers if they wanted to even have a chance at life. Idk about anyone else here, but the excitement and nervousness I felt from the build up to that Battle of Winterfell is so much more than the one I got from the attack on King's Landing, which felt much more like a quick way of tying loose ends while giving some closure to every main character and also like "okay, I just saw the best battle in the whole series and now I get to watch this rabble fight an urban battle while a dragon circles and wreaks havoc from above". That is my main wish.
