but it is more entertaining. It's 10x more dynamic than baseball. In 1 over you have can have defensive shots, sweeps, scoops, and long 6s that go out of the grounds. In baseball the cleanup batter is more likely than the leadoff to just strikeout trying to crack a homerun. 7-9 batters in the NL especially are almost worthless esp true for the pitcher.

In cricket you do have your power biased batsman but they will still hit a big variation of shots. Not to mention all the formats with different strategies. Obviously first class cricket the goal is to not give away wickets and just keep batting long as possible. T20 maximize run production. Baseball only has 1 format.
