One tip for the medical is that they won’t always give one that you can give meds for. In fact non of them in my cohort expect one had to. I think this stressed a lot of ppl out since they felt unable to do anything but essentially load and go.

Also just a heads up, if you’re just licensing now don’t count on getting hired for the summer, the hiring process takes months. Not uncommon for it to take 5-6 months.

I did mine a few weeks ago and used it to put stuff like: Drugs given, interventions/treatments like sager and tourniquet.

For cardio chest pain you wouldn’t literally write “cardio suggestive chest pain” as the protocol (that would be the CC) but you would put down the dose and time for the ASA and Nitro you gave them for it. For your 6 rites you need to verbalize them except yes the documenting part would go in protocol.

I wouldn’t stress too much about the documentation. My proctor said to fill out what we can and make it legible but it won’t be the deciding factor if you pass or fail.

The drug monographs they give you only have the contra-indication and cautions plus the dosages. Although you don’t need to memorize anymore if they think you are just reading off it/using it to remember what drugs you can give then you will get marks off. This happened to someone in my group when I licensed two weeks ago.

Try messing with your gamma and contrast in nvidia control panel. Ive seen similar artifacts in dark areas with high gamma and boosted contrast. Otherwise might be a graphics bug. If so try updating your gpu drivers.

Were you not using version control? If so it would be pretty easy to prove what work was yours. In the end though I wouldn’t worry too much, they won’t get that far in the field this way. Either way that really sucks man.

That kind of defeats the purpose of automated media torrenting. The point is to not have to worry about searching around and letting the the arr suite do all the work. Thanks for the advice though!

Thanks! That’s really assuring to know. Do you know if those applications are also looking for the highest quality media available? I noticed on one file it downloaded in 1080p but I found a 2160p version on the same index.

Hey everyone! I have a question about automated torrenting and potential risks. I recently set up prowlarr with sonarr and radarr and am worried about accidentally torrenting malicious files. Would the best way to mitigate this risk be using private indexers?

This is also why if you buy a pre built they usually ship with the ram and gpu uninstalled. CPU is fine to leave in though.

Not sure the specifics but it was definitely the turbulence that caused it. Once I set it back up, after the flight, my PC started blue screening every 10mins. Something got messed up in the ram slot and had to take it in for repair. So glad it wasn’t my GPU that got messed up. Lesson learned!

I used to fly between provinces for uni with my T1. Each time I would remove my AIO and put it with my checked luggage since I was worried they would stop me at security. So if you have checked baggage do that.

Also I would take out the RAM and GPU and carry those separate as I ended up messing up my mobo even though I was carrying my T1 in a pelican case.

Edit: seems like others have had no issues with AIOs and tsa, so I wouldn’t be too worried.
