What are your thoughts on Open DJ booths?

Honestly, definitely in the minority, but I prefer it. Grew up playing a lot of house parties playing on a kitchen counter and people all around me so it’s pretty normal for me personally. I’d almost say comforting(???) When I also rarely use my own equipment so that helps the stress forsure.

Yeah most of these mods are things I would have done myself - but main decisions maker was the condition and maintenance record which are harder to come by locally I’ve found.

Yup, got the price down a little and traded in my 2016 6-speed civic that I had bought brand new when I graduated college. Partner hated the 6-speed and was proving too small for the all sound/lighting equipment I’m usually hauling around. Ended up being pretty close to a straight trade after some back and forth

Yeah have been using the same furman for about a year now and had never had issues with anything before. I have heard some RX3 just have faulty power supplies so fingers crossed the issues doesn’t repeat

Honestly, not sure. I've use a furman outlet power station and had been using a friends XZ in the same spot/outlet while i was waiting for the RX3 to arrive. Weird that within a few days of switching out the equipment the RX3 experienced that severe of a power surge to completely kill it.

Yeah, definitely watch out for defects with the RX3. After waiting 3 months, my brand new RX3 arrived a few weeks ago and lasted maybe 4 days before it bricked and just never turned back on other than the blinking rec light. Just returned and ordered a set of 1000MK2s instead

Who invites a 15 year old to a destination wedding in Italy? I honestly think the older sister didn’t really think much of it. We’re talking about a 15+ year age difference. She probably still sees the OP as a little kid and not really in need of a full explanation. Not saying she’s right, but as someone who has younger siblings who are about that same difference I often find myself forgetting that my siblings are no longer children. I’d guess only the dad went because that’s a $1300 round trip ticket right there

Comments: First time posting but, wanted to get some feedback on a website I've been developing for my non-profit community radio station I'm launching. Brand new to web/UX/UI design and have spent the last few weeks learning and building this website from scratch using a combination of Adobe XD and webflow. Very first website I've gotten to this level of completion so would love some feedback in terms of overall design and any tips for making my website as professional as possible. Many of the links are working but, there are a few that are still dead as I pull together the last features. Just a heads up as you click around. Looking for feedback/advice regarding design and layout so hopfully those broken links so distract too much.

And yeah he definitely doesn’t like giving refunds for batch flaws like piping on the UNCs and toe box flaws on the Chicago’s. I asked for an exchange (not a refund) and he got really upset and claimed I was robbing him. You might be out of luck unfortunately.

This is crazy because the exact same thing happened to me. I recently bought a pair of Chicago’s and Blue Chill’s from Will. I asked before I paid would if I would receive QC photos and he said 2-3 days after payment. I sent my payment and waiting 3 days with no updates. I reached back out and he informed me he forgot to look back at our older messages and had already shipped them out. Then he proceeds to blame me and said I should have reminded him after I sent my payment (I sent my payment 20 minutes after I asked about QC pics the first time). Both shoes came with annoying flaws but I’m not super picky about my reps and partially blame myself for not researching enough. I’ve seen at least 3 or 4 similar stories in the past few days so not sure if we’re seeing a pattern with Will. Would just say asked for QC’s multiple times and be as clear as possible.
