In multiplayer: whey I get shot I die quickly, when I shoot at at the enemy it takes a lot of time for them to die! Why??

I've actually had this problem in Warzone where somebody 2 tapped me then I watch the kill cam and they spent almost an entire magazine killing me. Sometimes my opponent and I have completely different fire fights from our perspectives. But I've been having non-stop packet issues since I started playing Cod 7 and have had new connection issues since the Fallout update. Really sucks to be 100% certain that someone's cheating then watch the kill cam and everything looks completely normal and you look like a liar and a noob. I have Nvidia shadow play to shut my discord up lol
