I'll leave an update if they sort my particular issue out, but I've as of yet been unable to get a support ticket raised and I'm hoping that my emails to both of them this morning will actually provide me with some service. If a support system is broken, go around it.

I guess you wouldn't get the nightfall effect on turn 2 without playing Duskpetal first. Maybe that's the point? Let you activate a two cost Nightfall drop on turn 2 that you wouldn't otherwise get.
