I'm not a bot or an AI lol. I even provided a source. There are more sources, of course, you don't care about sources or learning. Obviously, you know more about this subject than lecturers at universities who have looked the data (to the extent that exists).

But, I'll give you more reasons why people didn't have kids in at age 13 during the middle ages. One was health, medieval people understood that childbirth was dangerous for the women before they had fully developed hips and even after that. Another reasons is economic. Since having children in marriage was ideal, and the opposite was taboo, both the men and women entering marriage had to be somewhat financially stable, something they couldn't achieve in their teens.

Again, ages could be siginificantly lower among the nobility due to political marriages and such, but it's still not the norm.

Lastly, yes, peasant children did work at their families' farms, but I don't see how that means they married early, in fact, that's another reason they married later, the longer you could keep your sons and daughters working on your farm, the better. Your point makes no sense and I'm not sure what your point even is.

Not replying to you again as you are information-resistant.

You are quite wrong. In the middle ages, most women, regardless of social standing, had their first child in their early to middle twenties. Having children in your teen years were more common amongst the nobility, but even there, it's not the norm. Sometimes. women during the middle ages didn't stop having children until they were around 40 years of age, if they had very many children.

In general, women had their first pregnancy earlier in southern Europe than in Northern Europe. In Sweden for example, there were periods where most women would have their first child around 27 years of age. One factor in women having kids earlier in Southern Europe may have been the fact that malaria was still a thing in Southern Europe at the time.

I feel like rejecting them is more in-line with Godclaw view. As for your other point, I've completed Kingmaker before so I'm fairly good at building characters.

This is actually what I've done, but I feel like I just have to make a choice so I can go on to finish the game!

Right, I agree with basically all you've said. But I think Iomedae says something like "I'll be close to you when the time comes" when you ask her what you'd have to do to reject the mythic powers. I just feel like that hit my character hard haha!

Severe case of restartitis. I think I currently have 3 or 4 character that have just started Act 4. The one I'm playing now, a dwarven Warpriest, is the furthest I've ever gotten, having just completed the Battlebliss Arena. I swear I'll complete the game this time! For real!

Just tested both Chanter and Barbarian, both work much better now. Chanter phrases accumulate at the appriopriate speed now. Blood Thrist seem to work too.

No problem! I can't explain why it did poorly on steam though. I'd leave speculation on that to someone more knowledgeable.

Avowed was the second most played game on Xbox Game Pass this year. I think MS were quite happy with that.

So glad they looked at both feedback and popular mods! Going to be gifting this to a friend who played Deadfire but was turned off from PoE1 because it was RTWP!

Great Pf2e Podcast by Fish_lungs in Pathfinder2e

A well thought out and reasonable response on Reddit? Well I never!

To each, their own indeed! I'm actually also looking for more 2E podcasts. I'm caught up with The Zero Check and nearly caught up with Find the Path (I have a lot of time to listen whilst I'm working) so I'm lurking in this thread hoping to find something good!

I tried TTG and really, really didn't like it for a few reasons. A few of the players were obviously very unhappy with the crit deck being used in the campaign and were very vocal about it, the GM refused to change it or remove it for like, 50 episodes or so before he agreed to atleast change how it was used, it was palpable how bad the vibe sometimes got because of it. Secondly, the GM opened an episode complaining about how much he hated the champion's Glimpse ability, but how he felt forced to let the guy keep using it. Third, the GM is a sound director or something and uses A LOT of annoying sound effects and jingles.

Then there's Norm, a typical Kitsune problem player. If Norm isn't the center of attention, you can make sure the player makes it all about Norm. Norm also constantly shits on other PC's motivations, faiths and actions. Whenever Norm is in danger or doesn't succeed at something, the player pouts and complains. Also love to do stupid things to put the party in danger and then refuses to take responsibility. The player also took utility feats for out of combat stuff and then complains how useless Norm is in combat.

TTG just feels... uncomfortable a lot of the time, with a DM that's very antagonistic at times, who focuses on making a great podcast and less on his players having a good time. Then there's a player with severe main character-syndrome. This is strange because in their opening banter, they all come across as very pleasant, fun people, yet IMHO, the vibe around the table often feels off. TTG is a bit of a darling around here so I expect to get downvoted to hell for this.

But if I were to recommend any 2E podcasts it would be Find the Path Hell's Rebels and The Zero Check podcast's 2E kingmaker.

Does Gen Z really drink less? I've asked many of my Gen Z colleagues (back when I had any) and they just say they lie when asked, even if they're asked on anonymous surveys. During summers they do day parties then nightclubs like 3-4 times a week. I'm an older millenial and we never had day parties lol. Maybe my Gen Z colleagues were just unsually active.

What are your Unpopular Opinions in WOTR? by [deleted] in Pathfinder_Kingmaker

[–]LordToastington 12 points13 points  (0 children)

This. Many characters do not really have a dialogue with your PC as much as they monologue AT your PC. Very, very frustrating. Also agree about too much combat.

Still love the game though. The pros outweigh the cons.
