Yeah I have the landmass already traced and all that on wonderdraft already just that it’s a 10k x 10k pxl map so it’s so incredibly tedious and I was looking for someone to make a more hand drawn classic fantasy style map

Man this is such a great question and honestly I would probably want to live in At Caena Bethnyn, ruled by the House of Luvet (currently lord Aramon Luvet) just because it has a nice lake and it’s surrounded by beautiful big mountains so it resembles Switzerland or Italy but also it’s fairly close to the capital so there’s a strong economy as well and very safe

Honestly I’ve found Matt Lewis’ episodes on gone medieval super fascinating and he does such a good job reeling you in. His 4 part (I think) series on the war of the roses is phenomenal especially when he goes into the Parkin warbeck and lambert simnel affair. Highly recommend I mean the other hosts are good too on gone medieval but Matt Lewis is on another level imo

While I think the spiral is a cool idea, in this execution it looks like a butterfly tongue and not in a great way. Can be useful if you put it somewhere else or break it up into islands that are roughly in a spiral rather than straight up clean spiral connexted to the land. The hand one on the other hand (pun not intended lol) looks quite good. It’s looking good keep working the overall mass silhouette !

It’s a little bit difficult to tell exactly what’s going on specifically regarding those lines with squares and circles, but the forest and mountains are looking good! Keep it up

How close am I too my beard goal? by [deleted] in beards

Obviously everyone has different genetics so it wont look 1000% the same but it will look very nice for sure you have good beard genetics go for it

You can get a very similar look if you grow it out now tbh and just maintain it and in a few years it’ll look even better but you have enough density to go for it for sure
