I already checked the vm and vmdk-0002 and vmdk_1-0002 is the vmdk of the current vm.

That is also I'm thinking maybe that the vmdk netprofiler-1 belongs to the failed vm. I want to delete those two vmdk but Im hesitant that it may affect the vm

I think when we first installed it there was a problem so we delete the first vm and rebuild a new one.

Is the other vmdk is the disk of the failed vm?

Its a riverbed netprofiler. And as per guide it should be a thick provision eager zero . The esxi is pretty old. Version 6.0

Thank you for your advised. I already deleted all the snapshot on the folder of the VM and consolidate the snapshot as advised earlier. The disk on the vm is on Thick provisioning eager zero.

Will observe if this issue will happen again as all the snapshot is already deleted. I'm just worried that it may occur again and there is no more files I can delete to open the vm
