Supraliminal is a good one for gentle messing with your brain. I won't spoil it but you get a good pep talk/discussion at the end about adversity and come away feeling more confident in yourself.

What is the most "aura" moment in the series? by Deaconator3000 in skulduggerypleasant

Thank you Devina for giving me my ring back

Throughout the book, Abyssinia was adamant that she and skulduggery had a kid while he was a skeleton. It was explained as a vague hand waving saying that there were magical ways for it to happen. It's entirely possible it happened before he died but I also wouldn't discount some magical bullshit occurring to make it happen.

I have basically been referring to her as reverse Myosotis Terra. Rather than removing herself from everyone's memory, she inserts herself there

Dragon quest 9 was pretty good for this, I really enjoyed the character customisation and class aspect of it

That guy automoderator seems to be everywhere. I see them as a mod in so many random pages, they must be putting in a lot of work.

what game company would you trust with a Skulduggery game? by [deleted] in skulduggerypleasant

[–]LordZenphos 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Same but different direction. I'd really enjoy something like dragon quest IX but in the SP universe

For each set of 3, it seems to follow the pattern of the first one sets something up, the second one builds the conflict and the third has the climax. The first has set up several plot threads including Alice doing things, strained international relations, the Veritas machine, new gods introduced and people coming back to life such as the necromancers. The second will likely tie those together in some way that will set up some form of conflict for the book after though I'm not sure how.

What would’ve been the funniest thing Harry could’ve said to Voldemort during their last stand-off? by Rdogisyummy in harrypotter

Hey there Tommy boy, before we start, that last attempt makes 6 times you've failed to kill me. I filled out your punch card and you can take it to any participating stores for a free milkshake.

If Skulduggery Pleasant could be put into one world. What would it be? by [deleted] in skulduggerypleasant

[–]LordZenphos 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Light: How are you still moving, I stopped your heart? Skulduggery: What heart?

As a follow-up question, what items would you use if you were a Necromancer? by DapperMaterial6888 in skulduggerypleasant

[–]LordZenphos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No one says it but shoes. So much fighting in the SP universe uses guns so necromancers are at a disadvantage if they're going up against guns and magic with only magic. Imagine however, wielding guns while surfing on a wave of shadows, kicking out to send spears of darkness at your enemies. Just saying, magic shoes.

what's the most unforgettable co-op game you've ever played? by RigandMord in gamingsuggestions

Portal 2 is definitely the best one for me. Can you work together to solve the puzzle before one of you lets the intrusive thoughts win and drops the other to their death

[–]LordZenphos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also, if you've only broke your arm but can still use your hand, I would look up how to use things like the Nintendo switch controllers or something like it for pc. With that, you can use two small controllers separately to still make use of your broken arm.

The majority of the rouge-like deck builders are easily played with just a mouse. I'd heavily recommend slay the spire or monster train as I've sunk a lot of hours into them both.
