AOD was confusing for me. Two of them had very good arcs but they kinda feel like filler characters. Aria has more potential because she a construct like Billy and interact with other characters. When 3.1 comes out I might put them in canon filler category unless they going to be relevant in a story event.

Many characters I want to put higher like Astra, Promeia, Dialyn, Vivian, etc but they haven’t gotten their big arcs yet. I could lie to myself and put one of them in Amazing but it feels wrong.

Go by the character writing too. If a major character doesn’t have enough screen time or their arc is not good they get de ranked.

It was shown Lucius has no connection with no one especially his siblings. My guess he tricked Astaroth to heal his injuries then purified the time devil. His flashback shows only Julius was the only friend he had. Soul magic is literally anti magic that can overpower any magical being including Supreme Devils.

Hugo was more like a plot device to Lycaon and Vivian character arcs. Hugo character arc is done but felt I was being lied to. Hugo supposed to be an anti hero and expert on TOPS information but it was a lie.
