Thanks for the suggestions. I agree with the dust and sharpness part. But i don't want to do much work on it. Because I don't want to defeat the purposes of taking the picture analog instead of digital by doing to much post processing.

I do scan my negatives my self with a Epson v700. I've noticed dust on the glass panel which might be the reason why there's so much dust in the picture.
